Games Done Quick, known for their charity video game marathons, recently held a Twitter poll where people were asked to vote for which game they’d like to see featured in their Community Spotlight. The two choices were Sly Cooper & the Thievius Raccoonus and Gravity Rush Remastered. While trailing behind Sly Cooper at first, Gravity Rush Remastered ended up winning with 57% of the 3086 votes! As you may know Gravity Rush Remastered has a dedicated speedrun community, and this Community Spotlight will give them a chance to show a live speedrun of the game to the GDQ community.
The speedrun is set to start on June 3rd at 8pm EDT, and you’ll be able to view it on the GDQ Twitch channel. The runner will be Steve the Wizard, who is currently also in the process of creating a beginners guide for speedrunning Gravity Rush Remastered. You can view the first video of that guide here:
